CEASE

Campus Education Awareness Support and Effect (CEASE) the Violence Prevention - Victim Services program. The CEASE program provides advocacy and support for Fredonia students that are survivors of interpersonal violence (rape, sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, stalking, and harassment). We can answer questions, be someone to talk to, offer emotional support, and provide referrals. You can make an appointment with the CEASE office at Student Counseling Services, in person at LoGrasso Hall, calling the office at (716) 673-3424, or emailing the CEASE coordinator atJulie.Bezek@fredonia.edu.

SUNY Fredonia's Women's and Gender Studies Program empowers students to explore gender in theoretical and practical ways, inside and outside of the traditional classroom. This program provides interdisciplinary knowledge and skills enabling students to work for social justice and global change in ways that are meaningful to them.

Fredonia CMA

The Center for Multicultural Affairs (CMA) plans and implements educational, cultural, social and recreational/presentations on diversity to facilitate cross cultural dialogue for the entire campus.

CMA often develops and/or facilitates training programs for faculty, staff and students to increase sensitivity to multicultural issues and students of color.
